Licensed reclads were recommend to the owners of this East Coast Bays property on the North Shore.

Having had a bad experience with a building contractor on their previous home, they were acutely aware of how important is was to thoroughly check references before they engaged a contractor to reclad their home.

Licensed Reclads provided a detailed quote and works commenced. Once our team was on site it was great to see the good relationship and trust develop between ourselves and the client.

The home itself was solid plaster and of simple design. This reduced the amount of high-risk cladding junctions and kept the redesign required to a minimum.

We fitted new aluminium double glazed joinery, a new cavity and Claymark Garrison 187 mm bevel back pine weatherboards. We also laid a new deck area which really improved the indoor out door flow of this home.

Upon completion it was great to see how pleased the owners were with their new home. Not only was the finish high end, the entire project ran smoothly, on time and most importantly within budget. Most definitely a sound investment on their part.
