Doing our house was quite a project and being recommended to Licensed Reclads gave us peace of mind right from the beginning. The team - from the top to the bottom were easy to talk to, to partner with and to understand and communicate with.

I strongly recommend this team to anyone in the future if they want up front information that is clear and concise with easy to understand details. The owners, Mark and Rupert, explain the whole process in a clear and simple way making sure that you understand from the outset what is to be expected also ensuring that there are no surprises along your journey which gives peace of mind.

The costings are laid out before the project begins, these are clear and easy to understand, they tell you when payments are due, what the funds were being used for and what is still due to come (phasing and rationales), constant updates are also given both in writing and verbally. If you have any additions that you want to add, you can do so with the knowledge that no request on your behalf is either too small or too stupid. The team always spoke to us with great respect and made it clear that if anyone, either on the team or any of their sub-contractors were disrespectful in any way we were to say as this was one thing that would not be tolerated.

The builder James, who was the foreman on our site always welcomed me in and gave me up to date information about what was going on - we have kept abreast of all happenings all of the time which meant a lot to us as our home is our pride and joy and this, in essence, made me also feel like I was a part of the whole project. The finish to our home is of extremely high quality and is still causing people to stop and comment as they go up or down our street (we have even had people photographing our house and the reclad sign so that they have the details for when they are ready to renovate themselves).

Thanks Mark, Rupert (and James), we just love our home and you helped to make it even better than what it was before, we are so proud of the finished product and as such take great delight when we entertain and are told "Wow, this is just like a show home!"

Having a house with a monolithic-clad upper storey was always a worry and, although I had no leak issues, I had attended to a few surface cracks over the years and wanted the house re-clad before retirement – while I still had a steady income. Mark and Rupert and the team were fantastic.

Mark provided a detailed quote so I knew where every cent was going. He visited me to discuss the proposed work in detail. Licensed Reclads work with a specialist architect and this was reassuring too. The plans went through Council without a hitch. There were no surprises during the re-clad. The team answered my every query with patience and made some good suggestions. I had total trust in this team and they produced a great result.

It was a massive decision for us to decide to have our house reclad. It was plaster clad, a little dated and while we were fairly certain there were no leaks, the negative perception was always going to reduce the potential resale value.

We knew the cost would be considerable, it would be a risk and having heard some horrendous reports of rogue builders and nightmare results, we were extremely nervous. Although Rupert and Mark had been recommended we had no prior knowledge of who they were or their build quality. Their assessment of the house and what would be required was extremely accurate, They were thorough and professional in everything they did including their contacts with Council.

What subcontractors they used, painting, plumbing, electrics etc were just as proficient and all on time. We couldn't have been happier with the finished outcome. Testament to the finished job is we have had 2 estate agents contact us, complimenting the house and wanting to know if we will sell. Guys a very special thanks and especially to Sam and crew.

Mark, Rupert and the whole team were amazing thorough out or reclads. As the seen in the pics, we hit some bumps along the way and our house wasn't as easy fix.The damage uncovered after the cladding came off shocked us all.

Mark and Rupert completed a building project for us a few years back and l can highly recommend them. Like most projects there were unforeseen issues along the way and they handled it in their stride. A thoroughly professional team.

Its been over 2 years since our re-clad! time has just slipped by! We are so enjoying our dry and fabulous looking house. We didn't think our house had leaked, it was a peace of mind thing as my husband worried about the long term prospects of owning a plaster home(we later found out there were leaking issues ) They were selling for way below any others in our area.

So we bit the bullet and decided to investigate. A couple of other companies were contacted. One company said they would contact us back but did not do so and the other didn't reply to our message. Mark Wilson not only answered the phone, he came around within half an hour!! Together with Rupert Copping they are a very professional and down to earth team. The builders were great and respectful.
