Its been over 2 years since our re clad ! time has just slipped by!We are so enjoying our dry and fabulous looking house.We didn't think our house had leaked, it was a peace of mind thing as myhusband worried about the long term prospects of owning a plasterhome(we later found out there were leaking issues ) They were selling for way below any others in our area.So we bit the bullet and decided to investigate. A couple of other companies were contacted. One company said they would contact us back but did not do so and the other didn't reply to our message. Mark Wilson not only answered the phone, he came around withinhalf an hour !! together with Rupert Copping they are a very professionaland down to earth team.The builders were great and respectful. A great indictment of a good Kiwi business.I would highly recommend them, they are excellent with problem solving, liaising with council and keeping us informed about the process.Annie Takapuna

After researching and requesting quotes from several building companies, Licensed Reclads were the only company that made an appointment to discuss the work, prior to sending a quote which impressed me. From the beginning the service I received at every stage was outstanding. Their experience and knowledge was obvious. They recommended an Architect, and took care of all Council requirements. The whole team was approachable, helpful and easy to reach. They were subjected to my endless questions, and were always good natured and convivial. The project was very well managed and on time. Rupert provided regular updates making the process far less stressful, as I knew what was happening at all times. The workmanship is an excellent standard and my house is by far better than ever. A huge thanks to Mark, Rupert, Cameron, and all at Licensed Reclads.

They are very experienced with re-cladding and very clear about council's process and requirements. They kept good communication with us as well as took away all the stress from us. Having a leaky house was a very stressful experience, so having Mark, Rupert, and the team at Licensed Reclads taking care of setting things right was a godsend.They were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and we couldn't be happier with how our house has turned out. The quality of the finished work exceeded all expectations, and communication throughout the process was excellent. Mark, Rupert and the whole team were amazing thorough out or reclads. As the seen in the pics, we hit some bumps along the way and our house wasn't as easy fix. The damage uncovered after the cladding came off shocked us all. Licensed Reclads were amazing. They knew exactly what do and how to fix it. That's where their experience really came through. Our home is so amazing now and even a year on, people still stop along our street if we're outside the compliment the home and ask who did it. Thank you so much guys, we'll be forced thankful for your contribution in fixing our family home. Highly recommended paying for their quality workmanship (you wouldn't be needing them in the first place if they'd built your home to start with!)
